On-Site, Take Away or Drop Off Service

We offer several location options for service allowing you to decide whether you would like us to repair on-site or would prefer us to take the equipment away for a repair and return. We also offer drops-offs at a pre-determined location.

Remote Service and/or Assistance

We can remotely assist you with issues via the telephone and/or Desktop sharing. This option can resolve simple issues without needing an on-site service call.

This service usually requires an on-site visit to set the customer up for future remote sessions. This is done at the end of a regular service call, so the option is available going forward if needed. This can also be initiated if the user is able to access email or a link provided by WTS and if the PC/Laptop is currently operating and capable.

Consultations on Technology, Infrastructure and Security concerns

We offer consultations and opinions on technology related purchases and installs as well as Infrastructure and Security related issues and concerns.
